§ 52.03 DISPOSAL OF DIFFICULT MATERIALS.
   (A)   Heavy dead animals. Heavy dead animals, such as cows, horses, and mules, shall be delivered to a sanitary landfill designated by the city, at the expense of the owner or person having same in charge, in the manner and by the method directed by the City Council or its duly authorized designee.
   (B)   Construction debris and bulky material. Heavy accumulations such as brick, broken concrete, lumber, ashes, cinders, clinkers, dirt and plaster, sand or gravel, automobile frames, dead trees, and other bulky, heavy material shall be disposed of at the expense of owner or person controlling same in the manner and by the method directed by ordinance, by the City Council or its duly authorized designee.
   (C)   Manure. Manure from cow lots, horse stables, poultry yards, pigeon lofts, and waste piles from garages or filling stations shall be disposed of at the expense of the party responsible for same in the manner and method directed by ordinance, by the City Council or its duly authorized designee.
