§ 32.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person or business violating any provision of §§ 32.01 et seq. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor upon conviction thereof. Convictions for violations shall be punishable by a fine as set by City Council ordinance. Each violation and each day the violation continues by any person or business shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 32.20(J) or 32.20(K) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine as set by City Council ordinance.
