§ 73.36 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Any driver of an all-terrain vehicle upon a public roadway must have a valid license and a permit issued by the Chief of Public Safety. Before a permit may be issued, the operator must provide proof of insurance complying with provisions of M.S. § 169.792, as it may be amended from time to time, and shall be for a period not to exceed three years. A permit may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the city or the Chief of Public Safety.
