It is a misdemeanor for any person to operate a snowmobile in the following ways:
(A) At a rate of speed greater than reasonable or proper under all the surrounding circumstances;
(B) In a careless, reckless or negligent manner so as to endanger the person or property of another or to cause injury or damage thereto;
(C) While under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotics or habit-forming drugs;
(D) Without a lighted head and taillight when required for safety;
(E) In any tree nursery or planting in a manner which damages or destroys growing stock;
(F) Tow any person or thing in a public street or highway, except through use of a rigid tow bar attached to the rear of the snowmobile;
(G) Within 150 feet of any fisher, skating rink or sliding area where the operation would conflict with use or endanger other persons or property;
(H) Leave a snowmobile on a public place without locking the ignition, removing the key and taking same with him or her; and/or
(I) To intentionally drive, chase, run over or kill any animal with a snowmobile.
