§ 73.01 MOTORIZED GOLF CARTS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorized golf cart on any public roadway, except a motorized golf cart may be operated on Pebble Shores Drive, Pebble Hills Drive, Woodland Loop, Woodland Lane, Woodland Drive, Woodland Trail, Woodland Court and Northwood Lane roadways from sunrise to sunset, unless equipped with headlights, taillights and rear-facing brake lights. They shall not be operated in inclement weather, except during emergency conditions, or when visibility is impaired by weather, smoke, fog or other conditions, or at any time there is insufficient visibility to clearly see persons and vehicles on the roadway at a distance of 500 feet.
   (B)   All operators must have a valid driver’s license to operate on a public roadway.
