105.09 ELECTION PRECINCTS.
   (a)   The election precincts within the Town shall be the same as those which, as are established by the County Court, are wholly within the Town plus those portions of other precincts, so established, which are within the Town, so that the County registration books for such precincts may be used in Town elections; and the Council may, prior to any Town election, consolidate two or more such Town precincts so that none shall have less than three hundred nor more than eight hundred registered voters who are residents within the Town.

   (b)   At least ten days prior to any Town election Council shall publish notice of the Town election precincts and the polling place for each precinct, in the same manner as provided in Section 105.08 .
