It shall be ordered that the Town of Fayetteville, West Virginia, hereby repeals Part Three-Traffic Code, Section 301.01. Adoption of State Traffic Code, of the Codified Ordinances of the Town of Fayetteville, West Virginia, and hereby updates and adopts in place thereof, Chapter 17, 17A, 17B, 17C, 17D, 17E, 17F, and 17G of the West Virginia Code, as amended and in effect on July 1, 2021, and August 1, 2021. With respect to the statutes and penalties prescribed by the State of West Virginia, this adoption shall only be effective to the extent the Town of Fayetteville, as a municipality incorporated under the Laws of the State, has jurisdiction to enforce said laws.
