All organizations, associations or persons desiring to use any of the streets or public ways for the purpose of conducting a procession or parade shall, prior to the proposed time for holding such procession or parade, make application therefore to the Chief of Police of the Town of Fayetteville designating the time and proposed route for the procession or parade. Application must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the planned event. The Chief of Police of the Town may issue to all organizations, associations or persons so applying a permit stipulating the time, route and other conditions governing the same. (Passed 9-7-23.)
