If, after notice has been given as required by Section 1122.02, the owner, occupant or person in charge of any premises, fails to cut the weeds or grass in accordance with the notice within ten (10) days, the Town may enter upon the property and cut and remove the weeds or grass using Town employees or contract with a private individual or business to cut and remove the weeds or grass and/or if the owner, occupant or person in charge of any premises be found within the Town of Fayetteville, a citation or warrant may be issued to that person.
