5.12.150: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 5.04.210 of this title. Each day of any continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 2016-07)
