5.04.210: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by a term of imprisonment up to six (6) months, or by both such fine and term of imprisonment. (Ord. 91-07)
