§ 33.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 33.004 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C infraction as defined in I.C. 34-28-5-4 and, upon conviction, shall be fined accordingly.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 33.020 of this chapter or any order made by the Town Council in accordance with the terms of § 33.020 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 and/or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months.
   (D)   (1)   It shall be a misdemeanor to mutilate or destroy the card set out in § 33.021(A) of this chapter, except by order of the Town Health Officer.
      (2)   Whenever any trustees of churches, school boards or owners of public halls, or lessees of same, after having been ordered by the Health Officer to close a building or church or school as set out in § 33.021(B) of this chapter, shall fail or refuse to comply with said order, or any person failing to comply with the provisions of § 33.021(B), shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined for each offense in any sum not exceeding $10.
      (3)   Each day such person shall violate or refuse to comply with the orders of the Health Officer, or with the provisions of § 33.021 of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense and fined as aforesaid.
   (E)   Employees who fail to comply with the policy set out in § 33.077 of this chapter are subject to discipline including, but not limited to, their employment.
