§ 93.59 BURNING COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to set fire to or burn any hay, straw, shavings, paper or other combustible material in any street, alley, lot or yard within the fire limits of said town within 20 feet of any wooden building or between the sunset of one day and the sunrise of the next succeeding day.
   (B)   In all cases when the Chief of the Fire Department, the Marshal, night watch or any fire warden of the town shall deem said burning to be dangerous, he or she shall cause the same to be removed or extinguished and cause the arrest of any person who may have caused such firing or burning if such person shall refuse to obey his or her orders in reference thereto.
