§ 93.07 BILLING OF COSTS.
   The Town Volunteer Fire Department shall prepare all information concerning the costs of the cleanup and other expenses incurred per incident pursuant to the terms of this subchapter. The Town Volunteer Fire Department shall prepare and send a statement of the charges to each responsible party, who shall be jointly and severally and individually liable for the costs and expenses incurred. The responsible party shall remit the charges to the Town Volunteer Fire Department within 30 days after receipt of the statement of damages from the Town Volunteer Fire Department.
