§ 93.03 EXCESSIVE FIRE ALARMS.
   No person shall allow, cause or fail to prevent the transmission of a fire alarm signal serving a premises occupied or under his or her control of more than three false alarm signals within a 12-month period. An alarm triggered by electric thunderstorms or other inclement weather shall not be considered a false alarm.
