6-6-380: INJUNCTION:

A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid operator's license, or in violation of section 6-6-060 of this chapter, is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations. Each day a sexually oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation. (Ord. 2014-38, 12-2-2014)
