It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business to do business at any location within the city not zoned for such business. Sexually oriented businesses licensed as adult business or seminude entertainment businesses pursuant to this chapter shall only be allowed in areas where they are specifically designated as permitted or conditional uses pursuant to title 11 of this code.
