9-1-16: DRIVER'S LICENSE REGULATIONS:
The provisions of Minnesota Statutes, sections 171.22, 171.23, 171.24, as amended, are hereby adopted by reference for use by the City, insofar as the provisions thereof may be applicable and insofar as the same do not conflict with other provisions of this Code.
