Whenever any police officer finds a motor vehicle or a trailer of any kind has been parked or stopped in violation of any regulation contained in the Farmington City Code, such officer is hereby authorized to move or tow such vehicle or trailer of any kind without notice to the owner, provide for the removal of such vehicle or trailer of any kind and the impounding of the same, or require the driver or other person in charge of the vehicle or trailer of any kind to move the same. Any such removal and/or impounding of the said vehicle or trailer of any kind shall be at the expense of the owner. (Ord. 083-146, 5-16-1983; Ord. 021-764, 11-1-2021)
