8-10-11: DISCHARGES INTO THE STORM SEWER SYSTEM:
Discharge of any manmade or naturally occurring substances into the city's municipal storm sewer system is prohibited except:
   (A)   Water from any roof.
   (B)   Surface water runoff from natural precipitation or water obtained from the municipal water supply.
   (C)   Water from a groundwater sump pump.
   (D)   Water from a footing tile around the foundation of a structure.
   (E)   Water from a swimming pool that originated from the municipal water supply. (Ord. 007-572, 3-19-2007)
