Statements for stormwater utility fees shall be computed every three (3) months and invoiced by the finance department for each account on or about the first day of the month following the quarter. Such statement shall be due on or before the last day of the month in which the statement is mailed. Any prepayment or overpayment of charges shall be retained by the city and applied against any subsequent quarterly fees.
Newly platted lots shall not be billed a stormwater utility fee until the public improvements outlined in the developer's agreement have been installed and approved by the city engineer. (Ord. 089-221, 9-5-1989)
