It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer to sell or dispose of any impure, unwholesome, adulterated or diluted products or any impure ice which shall contain filth or any other substance or thing which, when melted, will render the water impure, or the use of the same unhealthful. It shall further be unlawful for any person to sell or offer to sell any tainted or unwholesome meat, vegetables or provisions. (1970 Code)
