7-2-4: ENCROACHMENT OF STREETS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or encroach upon public highways, streets, alleys or public ways within the city except as allowed in subsection 8-1-5(A) of this code. (Ord. 015-694, 3-16-2015)
