Minnesota Statutes Annotated section 115A.941 identifies requirements regarding the collection of solid waste. The city shall have authority to make such rules and regulations concerning individual collection and disposal of refuse, and relating to the hauling of refuse over city streets and public ways by outside collectors as may be deemed necessary from time to time. All refuse accumulated in the city shall be collected, conveyed and disposed of by the city. (Ord. 006-547, 1-17-2006; amd. Ord. 021-756, 2-1-2021)
