6-13-3: PENALTIES:

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties thereof as provided in this Code. Each day a person maintains a residence in violation of this chapter constitutes a separate violation. (Ord. 017-726, 6-5-2017)
