PUBLIC PROPERTY: For purposes of this chapter, "public property" shall be defined as property owned by the city of Farmington and held as unimproved park land and as designated annually by the Farmington park and recreation commission.
URBAN AREA: That area of land within the city limits of the city of Farmington designated as metropolitan urban service area (MUSA) by the metropolitan council. (Ord. 015-698, 6-15-2015)
