It is the intention of the city to protect the public safety interests of the city and the conservation interests of wildlife within the city by authorizing archery deer hunting within urban and public property areas of the city. Nothing in this chapter is intended to supersede the hunting regulations of the state or the rights of individual property owners outside of those areas within the city. (Ord. 015-698, 6-15-2015)
