(A) No person shall be in any public park, and no person shall remain in or leave any vehicle in any public park, between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. of the following morning.
(B) Special permission for groups of persons to remain in any public park for a longer period than those designated herein may be obtained from the city council.
(C) Duly designated city employees may enter the public parks at any time in the performance of their duties. (Ord. 015-698, 6-15-2015)
