No person shall litter, cast or throw rubbish, trash or garbage in any public park including any adjacent water area within the city, but shall place such materials in proper receptacles. Where receptacles are not provided in the public park, all such rubbish, trash or garbage shall be carried away from the park by the person responsible for its presence. (Ord. 015-698, 6-15-2015)
