6-2-15: DOG SHELTERS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain on the premises which he/she occupies any type of shelter or other place of confinement in which animals are kept closer than ten feet (10') of the adjoining property line. (Ord. 019-746, 5-20-2019)
