6-2-10: TRESPASSING BY DOGS:

It shall be unlawful for any person who owns, harbors, or keeps a dog, or the parents or guardians of any such person under twenty one (21) years of age, to allow such dog to stray or trespass upon the premises of any other person to the latter's damage or annoyance. (Ord. 019-746, 5-20-2019)
