6-2-9: BARKING DOGS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to own, harbor, keep or have in his/her possession or on his/her premises any dog, which by loud and frequent barking, howling, or yelping shall cause noise, disturbance or annoyance to persons residing in the vicinity thereof. (Ord. 019-746, 5-20-2019)
