6-2-7: DISPOSAL OF UNREDEEMED DOGS:
Any dog which is not claimed as provided in section 6-2-6 of this chapter within five (5) days after impounding may be sold by the dogcatcher according to the agreement and the fees so received retained by the City. (Ord. 019-746, 5-20-2019)
