The Minnesota state fire code (2000), and all amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by the city of Farmington as the governing regulations of the city's fire prevention code. The Minnesota state fire code is hereby incorporated in this chapter as if fully set out herein. (Ord. 003-488, 4-21-2003)
