The Minnesota state building code, established pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Annotated 16B.59 to 16B.75 allows the municipality to adopt by reference and enforce certain optional chapters of the most current edition of the Minnesota state building code. The following optional provision identified in the most current edition of the state building code is hereby adopted and incorporated as part of the building code for the city of Farmington:
(A) Chapter 1306, special fire protection systems, new buildings (Minnesota rule 1306.0020, subpart 3). (Ord. 008-581, 5-5-2008)
