3-18-8: PENALTY:

Any individual found in violation of any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and/or subject to an administrative citation, pursuant to city code Title 1, Chapter 4, Penalty. (Ord. 023-778, 11-20-2023, eff. 1-1-2024)
