If, during the term of the permit it is determined by the enforcing authority that the activity has not been conducted in a manner which is consistent with the terms of the permit, is detrimental to the health, welfare or safety of the public or constitutes a nuisance in fact, the permit will be immediately revoked and the activity stopped, in accordance with title 6, chapter 6 of the City Code.
