(A) Generally. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to possess or consume any alcoholic beverage, except for the possession or consumption in the performance of a religious service or ceremony, or under the direct supervision and approval of a parent or guardian in the privacy of their home.
(B) Penalty. Any person who violates any provisions of this section shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750.
