§ 112.16 ADDITIONAL TAXING DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CITY.

(A) Mobile food vendor units are allowed to operate on properties owned and maintained by the aforementioned taxing bodies, if respective of zoning, via invitation and permission of the taxing body, so long as the event occurs on the property of the taxing body, within the City of Farmer City, and the event benefits the taxing body that is hosting the event. Mobile food vendor units must comply with all other terms and conditions provided for in this chapter.
