(A) Mobile food vendor units are allowed to operate in the City of Farmer City seven days a week, from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., whether on public property or on the property of a private business however:
(B) Mobile food vendor units that set up at a public property location must not do so earlier than 6:30 a.m. and they must vacate the premises no later than 9:30 p.m.
