§ 97.09 AFFIXING CONTACT/EMERGENCY INFORMATION TO VACANT PROPERTY.
   The owner or owner's agent shall affix to the vacant structure a copy of the Vacant Structure Registration Certificate in a front window so that it is able to be read by law enforcement or city personnel as needed.
