§ 133.04 FAILURE TO REGISTER OR RENEW REGISTRATION AS A SEX OFFENDER.

A person who is required by law to register as a sex offender with the City of Farmer City Police Department shall do so on or by January 1 of each year but a person who fails to register when required shall be guilty of the offense of failure to register. A person guilty of failure to register shall be fined a minimum of $150.00.
