§ 132.06 TRICK-OR-TREAT HOURS, RULES AND GUIDELINES.

   (A)   Halloween/trick-or-treat will be held on October 31, regardless of what day of the week it is.

   (B)   Trick-or-treat hours will be 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on October 31.
