§ 32.113 FINAL PAYCHECK.
   (A)   Final paychecks will be issued on the regular payday of the period in which employment is terminated. Arrangements will be made during the exit interview for delivery of final paychecks.
   (B)   Payout of accrued vacation time minus any appropriate deductions will be issued on the next regularly scheduled payday following termination of employment.
