(A) Resignation or termination benefits. Upon resignation or termination (including dismissal or reduction in force), an employee is entitled to all of unused vacation time.
(B) Disability retirement. Qualified employees may retire from the service of the city if they are disabled as "disabled" is defined by the Illinois Pension Code.
