(A) Paid time-off is granted to most full-time employees for the following holidays:
(1) New Year’s Day
(2) Martin Luther King Day
(3) President’s Day
(4) Good Friday
(5) Memorial Day
(6) Juneteenth
(7) Fourth of July
(8) Labor Day
(9) Columbus Day
(10) Veteran’s Day
(11) Thanksgiving Day
(12) Day after Thanksgiving Day
(13) Christmas Eve
(14) Christmas Day
(B) If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the proceeding Friday shall be observed as the holiday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as the holiday.
(C) For employees who are scheduled to work on holidays, the employees shall be paid eight hours holiday pay at straight time rates and time and one-half for all hours worked. When a holiday falls on an employee’s regularly scheduled workday during the employee’s vacation period, the employee will be charged for the holiday and retain the vacation day.
