(A) The workday shall vary by department. Departmental directors may change normal hours based on operational needs.
(B) The workweek is defined as 40 hours beginning at 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. on Monday and ending at 3:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. the following Friday. For payroll purposes, the workweek will end at the close of the employee's regular shift on Wednesday on the week of payday.
