§ 32.043 SMOKING POLICY.

(A) The City of Farmer City honors the Illinois ban on smoking in public places. In doing so, the city reinforces the importance of a safe and healthy workplace.

(B) Smoking is not permitted:

(1) Inside city buildings or within any work area.

(2) Within any city-owned vehicle.

(3) Within 15 feet outside of any city building.
