All required public improvements to be installed under this chapter shall be supervised and inspected during the course of construction by the City Engineer and/or other qualified and authorized employees of the city. The subdivider shall bear the costs of all those inspections. Final acceptance by the city will be contingent on the subdivider's consulting engineer certifying in writing that this subdivision and improvements have been constructed in accordance with plans, specifications and city ordinances and final approval by the City Engineer, in writing.
