§ 152.21 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER REGULATIONS.

All subdivisions created or subdivision plats submitted after the effective date of this chapter must comply with all existing ordinances, resolutions and regulations of this city in force or hereafter enacted, including, but without being limited to, the provisions in this code pertaining to water and sewer regulations and any other applicable ordinances of this city.
